Description

This Peaches and Cream recipe is a great way to use ripe peaches in the ultimate summer dessert. Mix fresh peaches in a vanilla-infused cream.

  • 8 tablespoons heavy cream (double cream, whipping cream, or half and half)

Instructions

  1. Wash, then cut the peaches, remove the pits and slice.
  2. Add the peach slices to a bowl, sprinkle them with sugar, and gently toss to coat. Set aside for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir the vanilla into the cream (whip slightly if desired), then pour over the peaches.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours for best flavor or serve immediately. Divide into bowls and garnish with mint if using.
