Description

Combine a handful of herbs and spices from your cabinet, and you’ll have the tastiest seasoning mix for your burger patties!


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small dish or jar.
  2. Use 2-3 teaspoons of burger seasoning per pound of ground meat.

Notes

  • This recipe yields about 5 tablespoons/15 teaspoons of seasoning blend.
  • Use 2-3 teaspoons per 1 pound of hamburger meat.
  • Store in an airtight container in the pantry or spice cabinet for up to 3 months.
