- 120 ml (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Toppings (optional):
- spring onions (scallions), sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
Instructions
- Place the mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl and mix together.
- Serve as a dip or a sauce for crispy chicken, cauliflower, or shrimp. Optionally garnish with spring onions and red chilli slices.
